Citation Help
Remember to cite your sources using MLA 9th Edition format. These resources can help you:
- NoodleTools: This citation generator is a great tool for building your bibliography and organizing your research. All CHS students have access to NoodleTools through their CHS account.
- Purdue OWl's MLA Formatting and Style Guide: Browse this site to find answers to common citation questions and see example citations and bibliographies.
- Ms. Anderson's MLA handout: Contains helpful pointers on using MLA format and citing religious sources.
Tips for Online Research
- Remember to search the list of websites provided by Mr. Kelkis. Try a "site:" search in Google to find information quickly.
- Use keywords! Don't just type in your topic or a guiding question. Use this handout from Elmira College for help generating search keywords.
- Use phrase searching and boolean operators to narrow or expand your searching.
- Protestant apologetics websites are a great place to start looking for counter-arguments about your topic.
